Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are shipped from China. MoniDoli aims to ensure your purchases arrive safely and promptly, wherever you are in the world. The information below outlines our standard shipping practices and conditions.

2. Currency

For some countries, we support payment in your local currency. Customers in the United States will be charged in USD. Customers in EU member states will be charged in EUR. Customers in the United Kingdom will be charged in GBP. If your country’s currency is not supported by our payment processor (this limitation is determined by the payment gateway and is outside of our control), your order will be processed in USD. Your bank will automatically convert the charge into your local currency, and a currency conversion fee may be applied by your bank.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to 60+ countries or regions worldwide.

Please note that we are unable to ship to:

  • Hotel addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Certain island destinations such as Canary Islands.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at monidoli.official@gmail.com. If shipping to your location becomes available, we will add it to our system.

4. Fulfillment and Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Transit Time

Fulfillment Time: 1–4 business days.

United States: 8–14 business days

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore: 6–8 business days

United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland,Portugal, Romania, Slovakia Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Thailand, Viet Nam: 6–10 business days

Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia: 8–12 business days

South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Chile, Kazakhstan: 2–4 weeks

Taiwan (China), Macao SAR (China), Hong Kong (China): 1–3 business days

**If you place multiple orders in a short period of time to be shipped to the same address, we reserve the right to combine the orders into one shipment. If you do not want multiple orders combined, you must tell us so when placing your orders.

**Please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances or accidents, such as customs inspections, high shipping volumes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if there are any significant delays in shipping.

5. Shipping Methods and Tracking

We provide trackable shipping methods for all parcels. Parcels will be delivered by logistics carriers such as YunExpress, Yanwen, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and China Post. Tracking information can be viewed on 17track.net using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that 17track.net may not display results for certain couriers. If tracking information is unavailable, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Ensure that your email address is accurate at checkout, as tracking details and notifications are sent to the address provided during purchase.

6. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address due to relocation or other reasons, please contact customer service before your order is marked as fulfilled. Once fulfillment occurs, the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier and address changes can no longer be made.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer, Monidoli cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please verify all address information carefully before submitting your order.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact fee will be shown during checkout. Periodically, Monidoli offers free-shipping promotions for certain countries, which will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For most destinations, Monidoli ships parcels with prepaid duties, meaning import taxes are covered by us and no additional fees are charged upon delivery.

However, certain countries require recipients to pay duties upon import due to local customs regulations. These include Chile and Indonesia.

**For all other destinations, customs duties are generally prepaid. Nonetheless, as customs policies are subject to change, the final decision rests with the local customs authority. Customers are responsible for paying any duties required by local customs.

Special Customs Requirements:

  • Taiwan (China): A valid personal ID number is required.
  • Korea (Rep.): A 12-digit customs clearance code is required and must match the recipient’s name and phone number on file.

9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure that your parcel arrives in a timely manner and without breakage, we cannot control every aspect of its journey. We will always work hard to satisfy your needs and concerns and we appreciate your patience and understanding! 

To avoid any problems with your parcel: 

  • Double-check that your shipping address is correct — we print labels directly from your provided details, and will not modify or correct typos without your request.
  • Please include your phone number — it helps couriers or customs contact you if needed. We value your privacy and will only share information necessary for delivery.

If a parcel shows no tracking updates for over 15 days, it may be considered lost. In such cases, you may choose either a replacement or a refund (not both). Refunds will be issued in stages:

1. After 15 days without updates – 20% refund

2. After another 15 days – an additional 30% refund

3. After another 15 days – final 50% refund (full refund completed)

If tracking resumes during this process, refund issuance will pause, and we will continue to monitor the parcel until delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their parcel. Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Photo evidence may be required.

Replacements will be shipped with your next order.

For cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, refunds may not exceed 50% of the item’s price.

Monidoli reserves the right to request return of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.

10. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before fulfillment.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Policy Updates

Monidoli may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
